Money Back Guarantee

If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or if it’s the wrong item, you’re covered under our Money Back Guarantee. You can return it even if the vendor’s returns policy says they don’t accept returns or exchange.

You have 14 days from delivery date to report issues. Once you contact the vendor, the vendor has 3 business days to solve the issue. If the vendor does not solve the problem after the 3 business days, you may ask us to step in and help.

When you contact the vendor for a return, the vendor has 3 business days to reply with one of the following options:

  1. Accept your return request and offer a full refund– You must return the item in the same condition you received it, and the vendor will give you a full refund, including the original  delivery charge. The vendor will also pay for return delivery. If the returned item is used by the buyer, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn’t packaged correctly, the vendor might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.   1. Offer you a partial refund and let you keep the item– This can be a good compromise when you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, but you’re happy to keep it.
  1. Offer you a replacement or an exchange– Some vendors may offer the option of returning an item for a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
  1. Send you a message– The vendor may ask you for some more details about your return request. Messages must be sent in the website through the messaging system provided.
