Return Policy

According to Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law no 39/2014, consumers have the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days of purchase, provided that all items should be in the same condition as when received – unworn, undamaged, with the original tags and packaging. Returns and exchanges are subject to delivery fees if processed after completion of delivery. Please note that any exchange or refund should be done directly through the vendor.
